5. Service Terms and Conditions

5.1 Consultation Process

• Initial consultations are scheduled by appointment only
• Consultations may be conducted in-person, by phone, or via video conference
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may result in charges

5.2 Advice Limitations

Our advice is based on the information you provide and market conditions at the time of consultation. We cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes or returns on investments.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Service Fees

• Fees are as quoted and agreed upon before service delivery
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payment may result in suspension of services
• All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and exclude VAT where applicable

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused services. No refunds are available for completed consultations or delivered advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, analyses, and advice provided by tabixpyy remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials for your personal or business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without our written consent.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and agree to:

• Keep all client information confidential and secure
• Not disclose information to third parties without consent
• Use information only for providing agreed services
• Comply with applicable data protection regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Limitations

Our services are advisory in nature. We do not manage investments directly or have authority to make financial decisions on your behalf unless specifically agreed in writing.

9.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Excluded Damages

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

11.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate our services at any time with written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all fees for services provided up to the termination date.

11.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate our services with reasonable notice if you breach these Terms or if we determine we cannot adequately serve your needs.

tabixpyy operates in compliance with Dutch financial services regulations and European Union directives. We maintain appropriate professional standards and regulatory registrations as required for our services.

13. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes and provide reasonable notice before such changes take effect. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
